At HPO Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your numismatic and philatelic purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns on items that are damaged, defective, or not as described within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging, certificates, and documentation (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of collectibles, items that have been altered or customized, such as engraved coins, personalized stamps, or opened packages of certain limited-edition products, are not eligible for returns unless defective.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@hpocollection.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
- You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within [7-10] business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
